The first email was an unread message with the subject status changed, which arrived in May 2019. This is a notification that Harvard University often sends to successful applicants.

The second email, titled Please confirm your application for Harvard, was a read message sent in June 2019. However, at that time, Hyosang was busy with financial issues and moving, so he does not remember the contents at all.

By discovering these emails, Hyosang realized that he had missed his chance to be accepted to Harvard University due to a small oversight.

If he had checked his email at that time, he might have received a full scholarship and lived a completely different life.
