「会社の雰囲気がいいところ」が59%で、いちばん多くなりました。
The most common response was a company with a good atmosphere, at 59%.
「給料などがいいところ」は53%、「休みや保険などがいいところ」は45%でした。
Places with good salaries, etc. was 53%, and places with good holidays and insurance, etc. was 45%.
去年は「給料などがいいところ」がいちばん多くて、「会社の雰囲気がいいところ」は2番目でした。

東京商工会議所は「給料などが上がって、会社の雰囲気を大切にする人が増えたようです」と話しています。
