Article 1. Principles of Registering Todaii Japanese Account

Article 3. Prohibited Content for Sharing on Social Media

1. Any actions that propagate, undermine, or distort the government, political system, or state policies; incite violence, promote war, create hatred between nations, or among peoples; incite obscenity, depravity, crimes, social evils, superstition, damage national traditions, reveal state secrets, military secrets, security, economic secrets, and other secrets as prescribed by law, are strictly prohibited. If such activities are detected, not only will the account be deleted, but we may also provide the user's information to authorities for legal handling.
2. Any actions, attitudes, or activities that harm the reputation of the company's products under any form or method. Violations will result in the forfeiture of rights related to the service or legal action if necessary.
3. Organizing gambling, betting, or agreements related to money, cash, or material goods is strictly prohibited.
4. Any behavior that insults or ridicules others in any form (mockery, criticism, discrimination based on religion, gender, race, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
5. Prohibiting calls for riot, posting or sharing information about protests or riots.
6. Prohibiting reposting sources from personal blogs, forums, or reader columns in newspapers, etc.
7. Prohibiting sharing articles from foreign sites such as BBC Vietnamese, VOA Vietnamese, etc.
8. Content must not go against the traditional culture and customs of Vietnam or violate the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
9. Strictly prohibiting discussions of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Vietnamese State, political institutions, historical figures in irrelevant topics.
10. Prohibiting writing or sharing content that propagates superstitions.
11. Any impersonation or attempt to impersonate someone else is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in account removal.
12. Do not upload or transmit any illegal, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, threatening, or inciting content, or content that violates social ethical standards of any kind. Content detailing obscene actions, violence, horrific killings, posting inappropriate images, or providing explicit or distasteful content will be strictly prohibited.
13. We respect the freedom of speech but reserve the right to remove or edit any content that violates these terms, whether the violation is explicit or implied.
14. Strictly prohibiting the dissemination of any advertising, solicitation, chain letters, investment opportunities, or any unsolicited commercial communications, spam, or junk messages. Sending or transmitting any materials or software that violates or infringes the rights of others, including privacy or public rights, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, is prohibited.
15. You are not allowed to send or transmit any information or software that is not owned by you unless it is freely available software. Do not send any information or software containing viruses, Trojans, worms, or other harmful components. Do not use or provide information that violates intellectual property laws, electronic commerce regulations, or other relevant laws.
16. Do not intrude, penetrate, access, or attempt to access any part of our server or any data area without our permission. Using system vulnerabilities for personal gain, causing damage to service providers, or any other unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
17. You are not allowed to restrict or prevent other users from enjoying the japanese.todaiinews.com website.
18. You are not allowed to transmit media such as journalism, literature, art, music, or movies that violate the law.

Article 4. Premium Account Regulations

1. Premium features are those clearly listed on the Premium screen in the app.
2. Todaii Japanese has the full right to add new premium packages for new features.
3. Todaii Japanese has the full right to change the prices of premium packages without prior notice.

RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

Article 5. Rights of Users of Todaii Japanese Social Network Services

You have the right to use Todaii Japanese social network services except for the services prohibited by law.

1. You have the right to change and supplement account information, password, identification papers, registered email.
2. You will be guided on how to set a secure password; input important information to protect the account; use linked accounts to log in.
3. One account can be used on up to 2 mobile devices/iPads and 1 website.
4. You have the right to transfer your Todaii Japanese account to others. This transfer right is only applicable to accounts that have registered full and accurate account information according to the Terms of Use.
5. Your personal and account information will be protected according to the law.

Article 6. Responsibilities of Social Network Service Users

1. In order to receive support from Todaii Japanese, your account must be fully and accurately registered. If there are any changes, please update the information immediately. You guarantee that your current information is the most up-to-date, complete, truthful, and accurate, and you are fully responsible for the information you provide.
2. You are responsible for securing your account information, including the password, identification papers, email, and linked accounts. If this information is disclosed in any form, you accept the risks arising, and Todaii Japanese will rely on the existing account information to resolve ownership disputes and will not be responsible for any losses.
3. You agree to notify Todaii Japanese immediately if your account or password is used without permission or if any security system breaches occur. You also guarantee that you will always log out after using your account.
4. Comply with the social network management, service provision, and use agreement.
5. You are responsible for the content you store, provide, or share on the social network and for any information you disseminate through links you establish.
6. If you find any errors or issues affecting the normal operation of Todaii Japanese, you should notify us at phone number 0356 208 031.
7. You commit to performing responsibilities to ensure the legal use of the information you post on the Internet and telecommunications networks.
8. You must strictly adhere to the prohibited actions specified in Article 2 of this agreement. If you violate one or more of these actions, depending on the severity of the violation, Todaii Japanese may permanently block your account and revoke all your rights.
9. Comply with the regulations on information security, information safety, and other relevant regulations according to Decree 72/2013/ND-CP and Decree 27/2018/ND-CP on managing, providing, and using Internet services and information on networks.
10. Perform other responsibilities as prescribed by law.

Article 7. Rights of EUP Technology Co., Ltd.

1. If a user provides any untruthful or inaccurate information, or if EUP Technology Co., Ltd. has grounds to suspect that the information is incorrect or if the user violates any terms in the agreement, EUP Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to terminate or delete the user's account without the user's consent and will not be responsible for any damages.
2. In case of violations during the use of Todaii Japanese products, EUP Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to apply penalties such as removal of the violating content, revocation of the user's rights to use the products, or referral to authorities for legal actions if necessary.
3. In case of violations such as fraud, damage, spreading prohibited content, or legal violations, EUP Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to use the personal information provided by the user when registering the account and submit it to authorities for legal resolution.
4. EUP Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to refuse support or resolution of accounts registered with inaccurate or incomplete information and for accounts that violate account security responsibilities.
5. EUP Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to apply additional service usage terms without the user's consent.
6. EUP Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to commercialize Todaii Japanese services but will comply with the terms of this agreement. EUP Technology Co., Ltd. will not sell user information. If there are service charges, EUP Technology Co., Ltd. must notify the user, and the user must consent.
7. EUP Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to maintain and upgrade the system to better serve users. During maintenance or upgrades, service availability may be interrupted or the service quality may not be guaranteed.

Article 8. Responsibilities of EUP Technology Co., Ltd.

1. Has the responsibility to assist the account holder during the use of Todaii Japanese services.
2. Receives and resolves complaints from users about issues arising during the use of Todaii Japanese social network services but only for accounts with complete and accurate registration information.
3. Has the responsibility to protect the personal information of the account holder, not sell or share this information with third parties, except when required by law or with the account holder's consent.
4. Publishes the service agreement for Todaii Japanese social network services;
5. Has measures to protect private and personal information and notifies users of their rights, responsibilities, and risks when storing, sharing, and exchanging information on the network;
6. Guarantees the user's decision to allow their personal information to be shared with organizations, businesses, or individuals;
7. Is prohibited from proactively providing public information violating regulations in Article 5 of Decree 72/2013/ND-CP on managing, providing, and using Internet services;
8. Works with competent authorities to remove or prevent information violating regulations in Decree 72/2013/ND-CP;
9. Provides personal information related to terrorist activities, crimes, or legal violations when requested by competent authorities;
10. Must have at least one server in Vietnam to ensure inspection, storage, and provision of information as required by competent authorities and address user complaints as per regulations.
11. Must register, store, and manage information about individuals establishing personal websites and those providing information on social networks as required by the Ministry of Information and Communications. Guarantees that only those who provide full, accurate personal information can establish personal pages or provide information on the social network;
12. Reports as required and is subject to inspection by competent authorities.

Article 9. Purpose of Collecting Personal Information

2. Manage the number of users using the service;
3. Manage marketing activities and provide information to users such as sending updates about forum services and new features related to our products and services;

6. Receive feedback, suggestions, and complaints from members to improve service quality;
7. Contact members to resolve their requests;

Article 10. Scope of Collecting Personal Information

Article 19. Roles and Responsibilities of the Parties in Resolving Disputes

• japanese.todaiinews.com will support members by providing all relevant information about service providers on the social network.
• japanese.todaiinews.com has the responsibility to receive complaints and take timely measures to resolve conflicts between members and third parties.
• The service provider on japanese.todaiinews.com is responsible for providing complete information related to transactions and compensating the member according to the agreement if the fault lies with the service provider.
• Any fraudulent actions or disputes on japanese.todaiinews.com will be condemned and the perpetrators will be held responsible under the law.
• If an agreement cannot be reached, the case will be transferred to the competent government authority for intervention to ensure the legal interests of the parties. At the same time, japanese.todaiinews.com has the responsibility to assist the law enforcement by providing information about the parties during the investigation.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION

Article 20. Amendment and Supplementation of Agreement

The terms outlined in the Terms of Use agreement on the japanese.todaiinews.com website may be updated or amended at any time without prior notice to users. japanese.todaiinews.com will clearly announce the changes on the website, and users are obliged to frequently update the latest version.

Article 21. Conflict of Laws
