インドネシア環境省によると、スマトラ島南部ランプン州のワイカンバス国立公園にあるスマトラサイの保護区で、雌の１頭が２４日に出産しました
According to the Indonesian Ministry of the Environment, one female gave birth on the 24th in the Sumatran rhino sanctuary in the Waikan Bus National Park in Lampung, southern Sumatra.
The total number of Sumatran rhinos in the reserve is eight, including babies.
母親は過去に８回妊娠しましたが、いずれも出産には至っていませんでした
