Honda plans to release 30 Electric Vehicle models by 2030
ホンダは2030年までに30車種のEV=電気自動車を投入すると発表しました
Honda has announced the release of 30 EV (electric cars) models by 2030.
During the press release on the 12th, Honda has announced the global release of 30 EV models by 2030 with plans for the producton of over 2 million vehicles within the year.
The projection is only half that of last year’s production of 4.13 million vehicles.
The first 1 million light commercial EVs will be released nationwide, followed by EV SUVs (multipurpose sports cars) for the general public.
Concerning EVs,Toyota announced that it aims to sell 3.5 million vehicles by 2030 much like other car manufacturing companies in is bid to transition rapidly towards a carbon-free society.
