Twitter accepts Mr. Musk’s “over 5 trillion yen” acquisition proposal

American Twitter announced that is has accepted the acquisition proposal made by entrepreneur Elon Musk.
The acquisition amount is believed to exceed 5 trillion yen.
At first, Twitter was defending against a takeover and seemed to be rejecting the proposal, but when Musk showed that he had the funds secured, they became willing to discuss.
