一方、政府が策定する経済対策への影響を問われ「予断を持って答えることは差し控えたいが、政府としてはまずは対策に盛り込む施策の具体化について検討を進めていく」と述べました
このほか、外交に与える影響を問われたのに対しては「戦後最も厳しく複雑な安全保障環境に直面する中で引き続き現実的な国益を踏まえた外交により日米同盟を基軸に友好国や同志国の輪を広げ、外交力と防衛力の両輪でわが国の平和と地域の安定を実現する」と述べました
