”Umbrella Sky” event where various colored umbrellas are displayed in the sky
群馬県甘楽町が4月22日から行っているこのイベントは、新型コロナウイルスの心配があっても上を見て明るい気持ちになってもらうために2021年から始まりました
This event, which has been held in Kanra Town, Gunma Prefecture since April 22nd, started in 2021 so that even if people are worried about the new coronavirus, they can look up and feel cheerful.
公園にある道の高さ5mのところに、赤や青、緑など、7つの色の傘を350本ぐらい飾りました
Approximately 350 umbrellas in 7 colors, including red, blue, and green, were placed on a 5m-high road in the park.
This road continues for 70m
11日は晴れたため、道には傘の色と同じ7つの色の影ができました
Because it was sunny on the 11th, shadows of seven colors, the same as the color of the umbrella, were cast on the road.
Visitors enjoyed the beautiful scenery, looking both overhead and down the road.
見に来た男性は「風が吹くと傘が揺れて光ってきれいでした」と話していました
A man who came to see it said, ”When the wind blew, the umbrella swayed and shone beautifully.”
町の人は「空の傘を見て明るい気持ちになってほしいです」と話していました
People in the town said, ”I want you to feel bright when you see the umbrella in the sky.”
このイベントは甘楽総合公園で5月28日まで行っています
