South Korea successfully launched a satellite into orbit with their first domestic rocket.
韓国政府は21日午後4時に打ち上げられた韓国初の国産ロケット「ヌリ号」が高度700キロに到達し、衛星の軌道投入に成功したと発表しました
The Korean government announced that Korea’s first domestic rocket Nuri, launched at 4pm on the 21st, reached an altitude of 700km and successfully put the satellite into orbit.
This is the 7th case in the world with the similar performance, following countries such as America and Japan.
In the first launch last October, the altitude reached 700km as planned, but the dummy satellite failed to be put into orbit.
