Lawyers in Osaka have formed a legal team to support people who have complained of health damage after taking supplements containing Kobayashi Pharmaceutical’s red yeast rice ingredients.

小林こばやし製薬せいやくの紅べに麹こうじの成分せいぶんを含ふくむサプリメントを摂取せっしゅした人ひとが腎臓じんぞうの病気びょうきを発症はっしょうするなど、健康けんこう被害ひがいの訴うったえが相次あいついだことを受うけて、大阪おおさか弁護士べんごし会かいはことし4月つきに電話でんわ相談そうだんを行おこない、およそ80件けんの相談そうだんが寄よせられました

このため、消費しょうひ者しゃ問題もんだいに詳くわしい大阪おおさか弁護士べんごし会かいの有志ゆうしの17人にんは、被害ひがいを訴うったえている人ひとたちを支援しえんするため「紅べに麹こうじサプリ被害ひがい救済きゅうさい弁護べんご団だん」を結成けっせいしました

For this reason, 17 volunteers from the Osaka Bar Association who are knowledgeable about consumer issues formed the ``Red Yeast Supplement Damage Relief Lawyers Group’’ to support those who have complained of damage.

会見かいけんを開ひらいた日高ひだか清司せいじ弁護べんご団長だんちょうは「被害ひがいに遭あわれた方ほうは、1人にんで悩なやまずにまずは弁護べんご団だんに相談そうだんしてほしい」と話はなしていました
