Very strong typhoon #10 special report: Dangerous wind and waves
とても強い台風10号が鹿児島県の南の海を北へ向かってゆっくり進んでいます
The strong typhoon #10 is slowly moving from the seas south of Kagoshima prefecture to the north.
The metereological agency has made a special report on the 28th Aug at 1pm that aside from the Amami area, people in Kagoshima should be careful of strong winds and high waves.
This is an never before seen dangerous typhoon that has arrived and the meteorological agency has put out a special report before the wind and waves have become worse.
The meteorological agency has said that areas near the typhoon can be subject to strong winds that may enter homes and high waves that may overwhelm buildings.

The report did not say that places far from the typhoon may be subject to a lot of rain.
