外国がいこく人じん観光かんこう客きゃくなどによる迷惑めいわく行為こういへの対策たいさくとして富士山ふじさんを隠かくす黒くろい幕まくを設置せっちした山梨やまなし県けん富士ふじ河口湖かわぐちこ町まちは、設置せっちの背景はいけいやマナーを理解りかいしてもらうため、町まちのホームページの記事きじに誘導ゆうどうするQRコードを新あらたに幕まくに張はりました

As a countermeasure against public disturbances/nuisances enacted by foreign tourists, a black screen blocking Mount Fuji was erected in Yamanashi Prefecture, Kawaguchiko-machi. To encourage tourists to understand the background of the installed screen and appropriate etiquette, a QR code which leads to an article on the town’s homepage has been newly pasted on the screen.

Due to the never-ending public disturbances/nuisances caused by tourists who visit Fuji Kawaguchiko Town with the intention of taking photos of Mount Fuji which appears to be sitting on top of a convenience store, a black screen was installed on the 21st of last month such that Mount Fuji was blocked from view.

幕まくの設置せっち後ごも、周辺しゅうへんに外国がいこく人じん観光かんこう客きゃくが訪おとずれていて、11日にちは幕まくの前まえの車道しゃどうに出でる人ひとや、自じ撮とり棒ぼうを使つかって幕まくの上うえから写真しゃしんを撮とる人ひとの姿すがたが見みられました

Even after the screen was installed, foreign tourists continued to visit the surrounding area, and on the 11th, people could be seen walking out onto the road in front of the screen and using selfie sticks to take photos above the screen.

こうした中なか、町まちは黒幕くろまくにQRコードを張り付はりつけ、これまでのいきさつや守まもってほしいルールなどを紹介しょうかいする町まちのホームページの記事きじに誘導ゆうどうする取り組とりくみを進すすめています

Under these circumstances, the town is proceeding with efforts to attach QR codes to the black screen which direct tourists to articles on the town’s homepage intriducing the history and rules they want people to follow.

記事きじは英語えいごや中国ちゅうごく語ごなど4つの言語げんごで書かかれていて、コンビニの周辺しゅうへんで通行つうこう量りょうの多おおい車道しゃどうを無理むりに横断おうだんしたり、私有地しゆうちに無断むだんで駐車ちゅうしゃしたりするなどの迷惑めいわく行為こういが起おきていたことなどを説明せつめいし、車道しゃどうで写真しゃしん撮影さつえいをしないことや道路どうろは横断おうだん歩道ほどうで渡わたるなど、マナーや交通こうつうルールをイラストで紹介しょうかいしています

The article is written in 4 languages including English and Mandarin, with its contents describing the occurrence of public nuisance acts such as illegally crossing high-traffic roads in front of the convenience store and parking without permission in private property. It explains etiquette and traffic rules, such as not taking photos on the road and crossing the road at a crosswalk, with illustrations.

The town’s tourism board states ”There have been mixed reactions towards the installation of the black screen, but it has produced results in reducing congestion on the pedestrian pathways.
