ADOR、NewJeansダニエルに損害賠償そんがいばいしょうを求もとめる

ADOR seeks damages from NewJeans Daniel.

NewJeansの事務所じむしょADORは、グループをやめたダニエルさんに対たいして、損害賠償そんがいばいしょうと違約金いやくきんを求もとめる裁判さいばんを起おこすと発表はっぴょうしました

NewJeans’ agency ADOR has announced that it will file a lawsuit against Daniel, who quit the group, seeking damages and penalties.

12月じゅうにがつ29日にじゅうくにち、ADORは「今日きょう、ダニエルさんに専属契約せんぞくけいやくを終おわらせると伝つたえました

On December 29th, ADOR announced, ``Today, we informed Daniel that we are terminating his exclusive contract.

そして、違約金いやくきんと損害賠償そんがいばいしょうを求もとめる裁判さいばんも始はじめる予定よていです」と話はなしました

We are also planning to begin a lawsuit seeking penalties and damages.”

ADORによると、ダニエルさんは専属契約せんぞくけいやくに違反いはんする行動こうどうをしたため、契約けいやくを終おわらせることになりました

According to ADOR, Daniel’s contract has been terminated because he acted in violation of his exclusive contract.

たとえば、他ほかの契約けいやくをしたり、会社かいしゃに知しらせずに活動かつどうしたり、会社かいしゃやグループの信用しんようを傷きずつけたりしたことが理由りゆうです

For example, this may be due to entering into other contracts, engaging in activities without informing the company, or damaging the credibility of the company or group.

会社かいしゃはダニエルさんに問題もんだいを直なおすように言いいましたが、期限きげんまでに直なおらなかったため、契約けいやくを終おわらせました

The company told Daniel to fix the problem, but when he didn’t fix it by the deadline, they terminated the contract.

また、違約金いやくきんや損害賠償そんがいばいしょうの金額きんがくについては、「契約けいやくで決きめられた方法ほうほうで計算けいさんします」と説明せつめいしました

The company also explained that the amount of penalties and damages will be calculated using the method determined in the contract.

他ほかのメンバーについて、ハニさんは家族かぞくと韓国かんこくに来きて、会社かいしゃと長ながい話はなし合あいをしました

Regarding the other members, Hani came to Korea with her family and had long discussions with the company.

その結果けっか、ハニさんはADORと一緒いっしょに活動かつどうを続つづけることに決きめました

As a result, Hani decided to continue working with ADOR.

最後さいごにADORは、「メンバーたちは長ながい間あいだ、間違まちがった情報じょうほうを聞きいていたので、会社かいしゃに対たいして誤解ごかいがありました

Finally, ADOR stated, ``For a long time, the members had been listening to wrong information and there was a misunderstanding about the company.’’

これからは正ただしい情報じょうほうを伝つたえて、ファンの信頼しんらいを取とり戻もどしたいです」と話はなしました
