Korean BTS member JIN will participate in the torch relay

JIN, the oldest member of the popular Korean idol group BTS, will participate in the torch relay for the Paris Olympics.
His agency ``HYBE’’ announced on the 3rd.

HYBE released a statement saying that JIN will participate to spread the message of ”harmony” and ”peace”
He said the torch relay would pass through historic sites in host country France, but a specific schedule had not yet been announced.

JIN finished his military service in the South Korean army and was discharged last month.
