そのうえで、ペルーは日本にっぽんにとって中南米ちゅうなんべい諸国しょこくの中なかで最初さいしょに外交がいこう関係かんけいを結むすんだ国くにで、南米なんべい諸国しょこくの中なかで、はじめて日本人にっぽんじんが組織そしき的てきな移住いじゅうを行おこなった国くにであることなどを踏ふまえ、「今回こんかいの訪問ほうもんを通をとおして、両国りょうこくの歩あゆんできた歴史れきしに思おもいを馳はせるとともに、それぞれの訪問ほうもん先さきでお会あいする方々かたがたと交流こうりゅうを深ふかめ、ペルーの魅力みりょくやすばらしさをより深ふかく知しりたいと思おもいます」と述のべられました
