Strong winds collapse stage at election rally in Mexico, killing 9 people

On the 22nd, strong winds caused the stage at a venue where presidential candidates were holding a rally in northeastern Mexico’s Nuevo Leon state to collapse, killing nine people and injuring 121 others.
