Fukuoka locals mourn one year after three children were killed while playing in the river during summer vacation
The 21st marks one year since last July, in Miyawaka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, three children drowned and died while playing in the river during summer vacation.
Local people visited near the scene and offered sweets and other items to mourn the three people who died.
