Ishikawa Prefecture: The garbage generated by the earthquake is 7 times the garbage generated in a year

In Ishikawa Prefecture, more than 57,000 homes were destroyed in the Noto Peninsula earthquake.
Broken house roofs, walls, furniture, etc. have become a lot of garbage.
The prefecture said on the 6th that the amount of garbage generated by the earthquake is likely to be approximately 2.4 million tons.
This is approximately 7 times the amount of garbage produced in the prefecture in a year.
In areas with severe damage, such as Suzu City and Wajima City, the damage is likely to be 60 times that of a normal year.
