Family Releases Video of Ms. Wishma’s Death
2年前の3月6日、名古屋出入国在留管理局の施設で、スリランカ人のウィシュマ・サンダマリさんが亡くなりました
Two years ago, on March 6th, Sri Lankan Ms. Wishma Sandamari passed away at the facility of the Nagoya Immigration Bureau.
Wishma’s family is suing the state in court, saying they ”didn’t get the treatment they needed”
6日、家族はウィシュマさんの具合が少しづつ悪くなって、亡くなるまでのビデオをテレビや新聞に出しました
On the 6th, the family posted a video of Ms. Wishma’s illness on TV and in newspapers until she died.
The video is five minutes long and was captured by a camera on the ceiling of Ms. Wishma’s room.
Ms. Wishma in her bed says, ”I want you to take me to the hospital.”
However, the person at the facility said, ”I want to take you, but I can’t do it with my power.
I’ll tell the boss.”
