BTS member SUGA is fined after being formally charged with “Drink Driving”
飲酒運転をしたとして略式起訴された韓国の人気グループBTSのSUGAさんに対し、罰金刑が下されていたことがわかりました
It has been revealed that Suga, a member of the popular South Korean group BTS, has been sentenced to a fine after being prosecuted for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Suga was suspected of driving an electric kick skater under the influence in Seoul, South Korea, and was indicted earlier this month on a charge of violating the Road Traffic Act.
According to Korean media, on the 27th, the Seoul Western District Court issued a summary order against Suga with a fine of 15 million won, or over 1.6 million yen in Japanese yen.
We believe that this punishment was given because the violation was relatively minor.
It is not known whether Suga paid the fine.
If Mr. SUGA dissatisfies this disposition, he can request a formal trial within 7 days of being notified of the order.
