北海道の富良野市で28日と29日、「北海へそ祭り」というお祭りがありました
In Furano City, Hokkaido, there was a festival called Hokkai Belly Button Festival on the 28th and 29th.
At the festival, you draw a picture of a person`s face on your stomach and walk through the town while dancing.
28日は660人ぐらいの人が踊りました

To change the expression of the drawn faces, they moved to sway their bellies - they displayed an interesting dance.
