京畿道富川けいきどうとみがわ（プチョン）の１４階建かいだてビルの外壁がいへきで２０代だいの男性だんせいが宙吊ちゅうづりになっているのが発見はっけんされ、救助きゅうじょされた

A man in his 20s was found hanging from the outside wall of a 14-story building in Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province, and was rescued.

富川防署とみかわぼうしょによると、２９日午前にちごぜん２時じ８分ぷんごろ、富川市上洞とみがわしかぼら１４階建かいだてビルの７階かいの高たかさの外壁がいへきで男性だんせいがエアコンの線せんに引ひっ掛かかっているという通報つうほうがあった

According to the Bucheon Police Station, at around 2:08 a.m. on the 29th, a report was received that a man was caught in an air conditioner line on the 7th floor exterior wall of a 14-story building in Kami-dong, Bucheon City.

通報者つうほうしゃは「人ひとが股またの方ほうにエアコンの線せんが引ひっかかり宙吊ちゅうづりになっている」とし「落下らっかすれば大変たいへんなことになる」と伝つたえた

The caller said, ``A person is hanging in the air with an air conditioner wire caught in his crotch,’’ and ``If he falls, he will be in serious trouble.’’

消防救助隊員しょうぼうきゅうじょたいいんや警察官けいさつかんなど計けい３７人にんが出動しゅつどうし、はしご車しゃなど車両しゃりょう９台だいも投入とうにゅうされた

A total of 37 people, including fire and rescue workers and police officers, were dispatched, as well as nine vehicles including ladder trucks.

救助隊員きゅうじょたいいんは１階かいからはしごを登のぼり、屋上おくじょうからは救助用きゅうじょようロープを垂たらして３０分後ぷんごに男性だんせいを無事救助ぶじきゅうじょした

Rescue workers climbed a ladder from the first floor, hung a rescue rope from the roof, and safely rescued the man 30 minutes later.

警察けいさつは酒さけに酔よった男性だんせいがビルの屋上おくじょうからエアコンの配管はいかんをつたって降ふり、線せんに引ひっ掛かかって宙吊ちゅうづりになったと推定すいていした

Police believe that the drunk man climbed down an air conditioner pipe from the roof of the building, got caught in the line and became suspended in the air.

男性だんせいは警察官けいさつかんに「酒さけを飲のんでビルの屋上おくじょうに行いった」とし「誰だれかを助たすけなければと思おもって屋上おくじょうから配管はいかんをつたって降おりた」と話はなしたという

The man reportedly told a police officer that he had drunk alcohol and went to the roof of the building, and that he had climbed down from the roof through the pipes because he felt he had to help someone.
