工事こうじを承認しょうにんするかどうかをめぐっては、県庁けんちょう内ないで司法しほうの判断はんだんには従したがわざるをえないなどとして承認しょうにんすべきだという意見いけんがある一方いっぽう、知事ちじを支ささえる県議会けんぎかい議員ぎいんや支持しじ者しゃなどからは4年ねん前まえの県民けんみん投票とうひょうで7割わりを超こえる反対はんたいの民意みんいが示しめされているなどとして承認しょうにんしない姿勢しせいを貫つらぬくべきだという意見いけんが強つよく、玉城たまき知事ちじは難むずかしい判断はんだんを迫せまられています
