The final results of the investigation into the 2017 high-rise apartment fire in London, England have been released.

　2017年ねん6月がつに起おきたロンドンの24階建かいだて高層こうそうマンションの火災かさいでは、72人にんが死亡しぼうしました

A fire in a 24-story high-rise apartment building in London in June 2017 killed 72 people.

　独立調査委員会どくりつちょうさいいんかいは4日よっかに公表こうひょうした最終報告書さいしゅうほうこくしょで、マンションの外壁がいへきに燃もえやすい素材そざいが使つかわれていたことが火災かさいを拡大かくだいさせたと結論付けつろんづけました

In its final report released on the 4th, the independent investigation committee concluded that the use of flammable materials in the exterior walls of the apartment complex contributed to the spread of the fire.

　外装材がいそうざいメーカーが危険性きけんせいを「故意こいに隠蔽いんぺい（いんぺい）」していたほか、政府せいふと建設業界けんせつぎょうかいが外装がいそうに使つかわれる燃もえやすい素材そざいの対策たいさくを数十年すうじゅうねんにわたって怠おこたったとも指摘してきしました

It said cladding manufacturers had ”deliberately concealed” the dangers, and that the government and construction industry had failed for decades to take action against flammable materials used in cladding.
