警察庁けいさつちょうによると、おととしまでの5年ねんにあった自転車じてんしゃの事故じこで、ヘルメットをかぶっていなかった人ひとが亡なくなった割合わりあいは、かぶっていた人ひとの2.2倍ばい以上いじょうでした

ヘルメットをかぶらなくても罰ばつなどはありません

しかし警察庁けいさつちょうは、かぶることをみんなが習慣しゅうかんにして、けがをする人ひとや亡なくなる人ひとを少すくなくしたいと言いっています
