　日本郵便にっぽんゆうびんは今年ことしの秋あきをめどにゆうパックを値上ねあげすると発表はっぴょうしました

Japan Post has announced that it will raise the price of Yu-Pack by this autumn.

2024年度以降ねんどいこうには手紙てがみやはがきなどの郵便料金ゆうびんりょうきんの値上ねあげも検討けんとうしています

We are also considering raising postage rates for letters and postcards after fiscal 2024.

　ゆうパックの値上ねあげは燃料価格ねんりょうかかくや人件費じんけんひの上昇じょうしょうを受うけて、今年ことしの秋あきをめどにおよそ5年ねんぶりに行おこなわれます

Due to rising fuel prices and labor costs, Yu-Pack prices will be raised for the first time in about five years by this fall.

　値上ねあげ幅はばは「未定みてい」ですが、「配達委託業者はいたついたくぎょうしゃの経営改善けいえいかいぜんにつなげたい」としています

The extent of the price increase is ”undecided”, but they say that they would like to ”improve the management of delivery contractors.”

　また、2024年度以降ねんどいこうに手紙てがみやはがきなどの郵便料金ゆうびんりょうきんの値上ねあげを検討けんとうしているということです

In addition, they are considering raising the postage for letters and postcards after 2024.

　値上ねあげされれば、手紙てがみは消費増税しょうひぞうぜいを除のぞいて30年ねんぶり、はがきは6年ねんぶりとなります

If the price is raised, letters will be the first in 30 years, and postcards will be the first in 6 years, excluding the consumption tax hike.

　手紙てがみやはがきなどの郵便物ゆうびんぶつの数かずは20年余ねんあまりで4割以上減わりいじょうへっていて、日本郵便にっぽんゆうびんは「サービスを安定的あんていてきに提供ていきょうするため」値上ねあげするとしています

　The number of mail such as letters and postcards has decreased by more than 40% over the last 20 years, and Japan Post is raising the price ``to provide a stable service.’’
