The Atom Bank of the United Kingdom announced on the 23rd that it has adopted a four-day work week system for all employees without pay cuts.

The working hours of 430 employees will be reduced from the current 37.5 hours per week to 34 hours, most of which are expected to be closed on Mondays or Fridays.
