ロシアろしあ政府せいふは、人気にんきのSNSアプリ「テレグラム」へのアクセスを制限せいげんし始はじめました

政府せいふは、ロシアろしあの人ひとたちに外国がいこくのアプリではなく、ロシアろしあで作つくられたアプリを使つかうように勧すすめています

The government recommends that people in Russia use apps made in Russia rather than apps made by foreign countries.

政府せいふは、「テレグラムが犯罪はんざいやテロリストに関係かんけいする内容ないようを止とめないので、ロシアろしあの人ひとを守まもるために制限せいげんする」と言いいました

The government said, ``Since Telegram will not stop content related to criminal activity and terrorists, Russia will impose restrictions to protect people.''

また、テレグラムが禁止きんしされた内容ないようを消けさなかったので、約やく1億おく2700万円まんえんの罰金ばっきんも出だしました
