会議では、ウクライナやEUなどが、ロシアに戦いを終わりにして軍を戻すように言う案を出しました

しかし、アメリカやロシアなど18の国は、反対しました

France and others revused the American plan, saying “Russia attacked Ukraine”.
Most countries agreed with this.
