Vietnam's first subway opens with financial support from the Japanese government

　ベトナム南部なんぶの最大都市さいだいとしホーチミンで22日にち、初はつの地下鉄ちかてつが正式せいしきに開通かいつうしました

The first subway officially opened in Ho Chi Minh City, the largest city in southern Vietnam, on the 22nd

　主おもに日本政府にほんせいふの財政支援ざいせいしえんを受うけて建設けんせつされたもので、2012年ねんには工事こうじが始はじまっていましたが、行政手続ぎょうせいてつづきなどの滞とどこおりもあり、計画けいかくからおよそ10年遅ねんおくれての開業かいぎょうとなりました

Built primarily with financial support from the Japanese government, construction began in 2012, but administrative procedures and other delays meant the opening was delayed by about 10 years
