Daiwa House Industry: Starting salary for new employees this spring will be raised by 100,000 yen to 350,000 yen

Housing manufacturer Daiwa House Industry has announced that it will raise the starting salary of new employees by 100,000 yen this spring.
This applies to 741 people who are scheduled to join the company on April 1st, and for university graduates, the monthly salary will be increased from 250,000 yen to 350,000 yen.
Additionally, approximately 16,000 full-time employees will receive an average base increase of 23.5%.
By raising the level of monthly salary, which is not affected by business performance, we will review the ratio of salary and bonus, and aim to achieve an average increase of 10% in annual salary.
