Petrol prices are high. In order to reduce lower the price, Japan to subsidise.
According to Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry’s Hagiuda Daijin, the average price of petrol will become 170.2 yen per litre from the 24th onwards.

In the situation where petrol becomes higher than 170 yen and to bring down the price, petroleum companies have decided to help subsidise the cost.
国は27日からこのお金を出すことにしました
This initiative will start from the 27th.
Considering the cost of turning crude oil to petrol, the amount to subsidise is 3.4 yen per litre.
These companies can use the amount to reduce the cost by 3.4 yen.
