The Myanmar commander calls on ethnic minority armed forces for peace negotiations.

ミャンマーで去年きょねんのクーデター以降いこう、軍ぐんと民主みんしゅ派はの抵抗ていこう勢力せいりょくとの間まで激はげしい戦闘せんとうが続つづく中なか、軍ぐんのトップ、ミン・アウン・フライン司令しれい官かんが演説えんぜつを行おこない、民主みんしゅ派はの抵抗ていこう勢力せいりょくを支援しえんする少数しょうすう民族みんぞくの武装ぶそう勢力せいりょくに対にたいし、支援しえんをやめるよう求もとめたうえで、軍ぐんとの和平わへい交渉こうしょうに参加さんかするよう呼よびかけました

In Myanmar last year since the coup d etat, whilst the democratic resistance and the army have continued to fight in fierce battles the armies top commander Min Aung Hlaing has made a speech and called for the minority armed forces to stop supporting the democratic resistance forces and to enter peace negotiations with them.

ミャンマーでは、去年きょねんの軍ぐんによるクーデター以降いこう、民主みんしゅ派はの抵抗ていこう勢力せいりょくの一部いちぶが少数しょうすう民族みんぞくの武装ぶそう勢力せいりょくから武器ぶきや訓練くんれんなどの支援しえんを受うけ、軍ぐんと激はげしい戦闘せんとうを行おこなっています

In Myanmar since the coup d etat last year some of the democratic resistance forces have received weapons and training support from ethnic minority forces whilst fighting fiercely with the army.

こうした中なか、ミャンマーでは12日にち「建国けんこくの父ちち」とされるアウン・サン将軍しょうぐんが、75年ねん前まえの1947年ねん、少数しょうすう民族みんぞくに自治じち権けんを約束やくそくし、団結だんけつしてイギリスから独立どくりつすることを決きめた記念きねん日びに合あわせて、首都しゅとネピドーで式典しきてんが開ひらかれ、一部いちぶの少数しょうすう民族みんぞくの武装ぶそう勢力せいりょくも出席しゅっせきしました

Under these circumstances, in Myanmar on the 12th on the anniversary of when the so called father of the country, General Aung San who 75 years ago in 1947 promised autonomy to the ethnic minorities, decided to unite and become independent from the United Kingdom a ceremony was held in the capital Naypyidaw where some ethnic minorities also attended.

式典しきてんで演説えんぜつした軍ぐんのトップ、ミン・アウン・フライン司令しれい官かんは去年きょねんのクーデターの正当せいとう性せいを改あらためて主張しゅちょうしたうえで「テロリストやその支持しじ者しゃは、現実げんじつを理解りかいし、誤あやまった行為こういを改あらためるべき時ときだ」と述のべ、軍ぐんに抵抗ていこうを続つづける民主みんしゅ派は勢力せいりょくを非難ひなんしました

The commander of the army Min Aung Hlaing who made the address reasserted the legitimacy of the coup d etat last year mentioned that “it is time for terrorists and their supporters to understand the reality and they should correct their mistakes” and criticised the democratic resistance forces for continuing to resist the army.

そして、少数しょうすう民族みんぞくの武装ぶそう勢力せいりょくに対にたいし「テロ行為こういに協力きょうりょくするのをやめるべきだ」と述のべ、民主みんしゅ派は勢力せいりょくへの支援しえんをやめるよう求もとめたうえで、軍ぐんとの和平わへい交渉こうしょうに参加さんかするよう呼よびかけました

And then he mentioned towards the minority ethnic military forces that “you should stop supporting terrorism” and seeking peace negotiations with the army has called for the support to the pro-democratic forces to be stopped.

軍ぐんとしては、少数しょうすう民族みんぞくの武装ぶそう勢力せいりょくを前まえに、和平わへい交渉こうしょうへの参加さんかを直接ちょくせつ訴うったえることで、民主みんしゅ派は勢力せいりょくとの連携れんけいを阻はばみたいねらいがあるとみられます

It seems that the army aims to block the cooperation with the pro-democratic forces by appealing for peace negotiations directly in front of the ethnic minority forces.
