IOCは2月がつ28日にち、世界せかいでスポーツの試合しあいを行おこなっている団体だんたいに「ウクライナを軍ぐんが攻撃こうげきしているロシアと、ロシアに協力きょうりょくすることを約束やくそくしているベラルーシの選手せんしゅを試合しあいに出ださないようにしよう」と言いいました
