　台湾たいわんの蔡総統さいそうとうは11日にち、東日本大震災ひがしにっぽんだいしんさいが発生はっせいした日本時間にっぽんじかんの午後ごご2時じ46分ぷんに合あわせて自身じしんのツイッターを更新こうしんしました

On the 11th, President Cai of Taiwan updated her personal Twitter account at 2:46pm JST when the Great East Japan earthquake struck.

　蔡総統さいそうとうは「台湾たいわんと日本にほんは良よき友人ゆうじんとして、常つねに相手あいてのことを心こころから思おもいやってきました

President Cai tweeted, ”As Taiwan and Japan are good friends, we are always thinking of our companions from the bottom of our hearts.”
