アメリカの広い範囲で寒波が続くなか、ニューヨークの空港で飛行機が着陸した後、移動中にスリップし草むらに突っ込みました。　
After landing at New York airport during a cold snap across the United States, a plane skidded and crashed into the grass.
18日午後、ニューヨーク州北部のロチェスター空港でアメリカン航空の旅客機が滑走路に着陸した後に誘導路でスリップし、草むらに突っ込みました。　
After landing on the runway at Rochester Airport in upstate New York on the afternoon of the 18th, an American Airlines plane slid off the taxiway and into the grass.
乗客乗員53人にけがはなかったということです。　
53 people including crew and passengers were uninjured.
事故当時、空港では雪が降っていて滑走路が凍結していたことが原因とみられています。　
It is believed that the cause of the accident was due to snowfall at the airport and icy runways.
アメリカでは広い範囲で寒波が続いていて、CNNによりますと、これまでに少なくとも58人が死亡したということです。　
According to CNN, at least 58 people have died because of the severe cold that continues across the United States to date.
週末にかけて再び強い寒波が予想され、アメリカ国立気象局は北東部などを中心に気象警報を出すなど注意を呼び掛けています。
Another strong cold front is expected over the weekend and the National Weather Service has issued weather warnings and urged caution, especially in the northeast.
