キリンが製造するのはウイスキー蒸留所のある御殿場で造られた大麦を100％使った純国産ウイスキーです。　
Kirin produces domestically pure whiskey made from 100% barley grown in Gotemba, where the whiskey distillery is located.
コロナ禍などで販売先のなくなった大麦を使用していて、農家の安定収入にもつながるとしています。　
It uses barley that is unavailable due to the coronavirus pandemic and is said to help provide steady income for farmers.
今回、たる詰めした蒸留酒は2028年以降に一部をブレンドに使用して製品化するほか、2031年以降には国産大麦100％のウイスキーとして発売する予定だということです。　
In addition to using some cask distillates for blending and commercialization after 2028, it is also planned to launch as a 100% domestic barley whiskey from 2031 onwards.
日本産のウイスキーは海外でも人気が高まっていて、キリンは今年9月に世界的なワインメーカー「ペルノ・リカール社」と契約し、新たにヨーロッパの13カ国で順次、販売を始めています。
