童話があります。
There is a fairy tale called Gon, the Little Fox.

好きなきつねのごんは、
兵十という
男の
人がとっていたうなぎを
盗みました。
The mischievous fox Gon stole the eel that a man named Hyoju had caught.
うなぎは、
病気の
お母さんのためでした。
That eel was for my sick mother.
さんは
亡くなってしまいました。
My mother has passed away.
ごんは、
兵十に
悪いことをしたと
思いました。
Gon thought he had done something bad to Hyoju.
、
毎日、
山でとったくりやまつたけを
兵十の
家に
置いて
帰りました。
And every day, he would leave the chestnuts and matsutake mushrooms he gathered in the mountains at Heijūs house before heading home.

兵十は、
友達に「
毎日、
誰かがくりやまつたけを
置いて
いく」と
話しました。
One day, Heijuu told his friends, Every day, someone leaves a kuriya matsutake here.
は「
神様が
置いている」と
言いました。
My friend said, God put it there.
ごんは
がっかりしました。
次の
日も、ごんはくりを
持って
兵十の
家に
行きました。
The next day, Gon also brought chestnuts to Hyoju’s house.
は、ごんが
またいたずらに
来たと
思って、
鉄砲で
撃ってしまいました。
Heijū thought Gon had come to play a prank again, so he shot him with his rifle.
、ごんがくりを
持っていることに
気がつきました。
And then he realized that Gon was holding chestnuts.
「ごん、
お前だったのか」
兵十は
言いました。
Gon, it was you? Hyouju said.
ごんは、うなずきました。
