Around 11 a.m. on the 18th, a passenger car was driving the wrong way on the outbound lane of the Shin-Meishin Expressway in Kameyama City, Mie Prefecture, and collided with two vehicles. It is believed that the vehicle driving in the wrong direction was a small blue passenger car. According to the police and Central Nippon Expressway, based on eyewitness accounts and other information, it is thought that the car drove in the wrong direction for at least about 10 kilometers, reaching the area near the Suzuka Parking Area in the direction of Nagoya.
