近くに、

白いきつねがいました。
There was a white fox near Amanohashidate in Kyoto Prefecture long ago.
いきつねは
人を
だますことがありましたが、
かわいいところもありました。
The white fox sometimes deceived people, but it also had a cute side.
きつねは、
きれいな
若い
女性に
変わることができたので、「
橋立小女郎」と
呼ばれていました。
The fox was able to transform into a beautiful young woman, so it was called Hashidate Kojoro.

船で
魚を
売りに
行きました。
One day, the fisherman Genju and his companions went to sell fish by boat.

出てきました。
