A meeting between the foreign ministers of the United States, Ukraine, and major European countries regarding the situation in Ukraine was scheduled for the 23rd but was postponed at the last minute.

He emphasized the possibility of withdrawing if an agreement isnt reached, urging both parties to accept the peace proposal.
