成人せいじんになった人ひとは親おやの許可きょかがなくてもクレジットカードを作つくることができるようになります

The mature people won’t need the approval of their parents to have a credit card.

「日本にほんクレジット協会きょうかい」が調しらべると、20歳さいになっていない成人せいじんとクレジットカードの契約けいやくをする会社かいしゃは200ぐらいありました

According to Japan Credit Association, there are around 200 companies that established credit cards with citizens that are under 20.

この中なかの93％の会社かいしゃが、学生がくせいの場合ばあいは、20歳さい以上いじょうの人ひとと比くらべてクレジットカードを使つかうことができる金額きんがくを低ひくくすると言いっています

About 93% of those companies say that the students with credit cards will have decreased the amount of money thay can spend with it, compared to people over 20.

76％の会社かいしゃは、働はたらいている人ひとも、20歳さい以上いじょうの人ひとより使つかうことができる金額きんがくを低ひくくすると言いっています

Moreover, 76% of the companies claim that even people over 20 that are working will have their spending limits lowered.

日本にほんクレジット協会きょうかいは「新あたらしく成人せいじんになる人ひとがクレジットカードを安全あんぜんに利用りようできるように会社かいしゃに気きをつけるように言いいます」と話はなしています

Japan Credit Association says that the companies have to be careful in order to provide a possibility of safe usage of credit cards to the young citizens.
