Bento Day
Once a month in elementary school, there is "Bento Day".
5th and 6th graders are not provided lunch, they make a bento themselves.
Students decide on what goes inside of the bento, then buys the ingredients, and cooks it.
The parents do not help.
The students who made the bento says "It made me think of the people who make the vegetables and meats."
And " It made me grateful for my family."
They were able to learn many things by making the bento.
