Survey Result: Up to 30% Have Never Checked the ”Hazard Map” Apps

NHKは今月こんげつ9日ここのかから11日にちに、18歳さい以上いじょうの人ひとに電話でんわで世論調査よろんちょうさをしました

The NHK arranged a mobile survey for adults above 18 years from 9 to 11 July.

1224人にんが答こたえました

Approximately 1224 people answered the survey.

自分じぶんが住すんでいる場所ばしょの「ハザードマップ」をチェックしたことがあるかどうか聞ききました

Participants were asked whether they have ever checked the Hazard Map Apps at their area or not.

ハザードマップは、台風たいふうや雨あめがたくさん降ふったとき危険きけんになる場所ばしょがわかる地図ちずです

With Hazard Map Apps users can know locations at risk whenever hurricanes or massive storms emerge.

「チェックしたことがある」と答こたえた人ひとは67％、「チェックしたことがない」は28％でした

Up to 67% of the survey participants answered that they have used the map, while 28% said the otherwise.

ハザードマップは、県けんや市しなどのウェブサイトやNHKが出だしているスマートフォンのアプリでも見みることができます

Hazard Map can be accessed through smartphone apps by NHK and prefecture or city websites.

アプリは「NHKニュース・防災ぼうさい」という名前なまえで、お金かねはかかりません

Users can download the ”NHK News • Disaster Prevention” apps for free.

台風たいふうなどのニュースは「NHK WORLD-JAPAN」のウェブサイトやアプリで、いろいろな国くにのことばで見みることができます

From the ”NHK WORLD - JAPAN” website or apps, users can also get the most up-to-date news about typhoon and other disasters in various languages.

ハザードマップは、台風たいふうや雨あめがたくさん降ふったとき危険きけんになる場所ばしょがわかる地図ちずです

Hazard maps are easily understandable maps that show places that are dangerous when there is a lot of typhoons or rain.
