Approximately 50 students from Chosun University depart for Pyongyang, North Korea, reopening for the first time in about 5 years

　東京とうきょう・小平市こだいらしにある朝鮮大学校ちょうせんだいがっこうの学生がくせいらおよそ50人にんが経由地けいゆちの北京ぺきんから北朝鮮きたちょうせんの平壌へいじょうに向むけて出発しゅっぱつしました

Approximately 50 students from Chosun University in Kodaira City, Tokyo departed for Pyongyang, North Korea from Beijing, a transit point.

およそ1カ月間げつかん、滞在たいざいする予定よていです

I plan to stay for about a month.

　朝鮮大学校ちょうせんだいがっこうの生徒せいとは北朝鮮きたちょうせんを定期的ていきてきに訪問ほうもんしていましたが、中国ちゅうごくとの国境こっきょうが封鎖ふうさされるなど往来おうらいが禁止きんしされたため訪問ほうもんは行おこなわれていませんでした

Students of Chosun University regularly visited North Korea, but the visit was not carried out because the border with China was closed and travel was prohibited.

　今回こんかい、学生がくせいらおよそ50人にんは2019年以降ねんいこう、およそ5年ねんぶりに北朝鮮きたちょうせんを訪問ほうもんします

This time, about 50 students will visit North Korea for the first time in about five years since 2019.

　関係者かんけいしゃによりますと、学生がくせいらはおよそ1カ月滞在げつたいざいし、北朝鮮きたちょうせんとの結むすび付つきを確認かくにんする「祖国講習そこくこうしゅう」を受うける予定よていです

According to officials, the students will stay for about a month and will receive a ”homeland course” to confirm ties with North Korea.

　今回こんかいの訪朝ほうちょうには、朝鮮総連ちょうせんそうれんの幹部かんぶを育成いくせいする狙ねらいもあるということです

The purpose of this visit to North Korea is also to train executives of the Korean General Federation.
