February earthquake in Turkey Japan cooperates in recycling damaged buildings

There was a big earthquake in Turkey in February this year.
Over 50,000 people died and many buildings were destroyed.
The United Nations UNDP believes there are 200 million tonnes of damaged building walls, columns, etc.
It’s more than six times the size of the Great East Japan Earthquake that hit Japan in 2011.
Japan has decided to cooperate with UNDP to clean up damaged buildings and recycle walls and other materials for new building materials.
