Information session where more than 100 companies gather about the shortage of bus drivers

The bus driver talked about what made him happy about his job, such as, ``I’m happy when a customer says ’thank you.’’’
A company employee in Chiba Prefecture said, ``We don’t have enough drivers, so we have to think about driving fewer buses.’’
