また、今後こんごの改善かいぜん策さくとして、公共こうきょう交通こうつう機関きかんが止とまった場合ばあいは災害さいがい対策たいさく本部ほんぶを設置せっちすることや、深夜しんや帯たいは会場かいじょう内ないにとどまることを推奨すいしょうし滞在たいざいできる施設しせつを確保かくほすること、会場かいじょうの夢ゆめ洲しゅうの隣となりの舞まい洲しゅうに徒歩とほで移動いどうし、車くるまで迎むかえに来きてもらえるようにすることなどを決きめました
