　イスラム主義勢力しゅぎせいりょく「タリバン」が実権じっけんを握にぎって1年ねんが経たったアフガニスタンでは8月がつに入はいり、洪水こうずいで190人以上にんいじょうが死亡しぼうしています

　アフガニスタンでは8月がつに入はいってから中部ちゅうぶや東部とうぶの広ひろい範囲はんいで洪水こうずいが発生はっせいし、死者ししゃは192人にんに達たっしています

　Afghanistan has experienced widespread flooding in central and eastern Afghanistan since the beginning of August, with the death toll reaching 192.

　タリバン政権せいけんの高官こうかんは27日にち、「100万世帯以上まんせたいいじょうが外国がいこくからの衣服いふくやテント、食料しょくりょうなどの緊急援助きんきゅうえんじょを必要ひつようとしている」と述のべ、国際社会こくさいしゃかいに支援しえんを求もとめました

　アフガニスタンは1年前ねんまえに「タリバン」が再ふたたび実権じっけんを掌握しょうあくして以来いらい、国際金融こくさいきんゆうシステムから切きり離はなされ、外国がいこくからの開発援助かいはつえんじょも停止ていしし、深刻しんこくな経済危機けいざいききに陥おちいっています

Since the ”Taliban” regained power a year ago, Afghanistan has been cut off from the international financial system, stopped foreign development assistance, and has fallen into a serious economic crisis.
