UNIQLO sues online shopping site SEIN, alleging it sells counterfeit bags
ファーストリテイリング傘下のユニクロは１６日、ショルダーバッグの模倣品を販売したとして、中国発のファッション通販サイト「ＳＨＥＩＮ（シーイン）」の運営会社などを東京地裁に提訴したと発表しました
On the 16th, Uniqlo, a subsidiary of Fast Retailing, announced that it has filed a lawsuit with the Tokyo District Court against the operator of the Chinese fashion online shopping site ”SHEIN” and others for selling counterfeit shoulder bags.
We are seeking a halt to sales of counterfeit products and compensation for damages.
提訴は昨年１２月２８日付
The lawsuit was filed on December 28th last year.
Uniqlo claims that the products sold by Seein closely resemble the shape of its own shoulder bags.
